Paste a link to an article or an Apple Podcasts episode. Kindling pulls the content, chooses a passage, and builds a course around it at a level matched to you. One link at a time — there is no feed and no imported file.
A six-stage learning path
First Read catches the topic before any explanation. Then Read and Understand, Words and Phrases, See the Sentence, and Read Again, before Make It Yours asks you to respond in your own words. A podcast episode uses the listening equivalents: First Listen, Hear the Sound, Listen Again.
The numbers at the end are your own ratings. The app says so on the screen: this is your understanding check, not an automatic grade.
English and Chinese, one app
English learning follows an internationally aligned CEFR progression and Chinese follows an HSK-aligned progression. Ten levels carry you from first exposure toward independent, advanced, and near-native use. Vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and expressions stay connected to the content where you found them.
