Gluise · General wellness
A plan that adapts to real life.
Gluise is a weight-loss plan for adult women. It brings food, movement, supplements, and care into four actions a day, then reshapes tomorrow from how today actually went. It does not diagnose conditions or promise a specific result.
One system, adjusted over time
Four stages — Adaptation, Active loss, Plateau review, Maintenance — run on top of four daily pillars: Eat, Move, Supplements, and Care. Check-ins about hunger, energy, sleep, comfort, adherence, and weight trend decide the next practical adjustment. A stage only changes on evidence: it needs at least three weigh-ins across 21 days, so a single reading never moves it.
Recommendations are rule-based, and every one traces to a named public source: CDC, NIH, WHO, FDA, and AAD references curated by hand rather than generated. AI reads the meal photo; it does not invent the advice.
Designed for consistency
Gluise favors repeatable actions over perfection. A missed day does not create punishment, an extreme catch-up target, or a broken streak. Reminder times are customizable, and bedtime support includes white noise and short meditation.
Evidence-informed, not medical care
Source notes are available inside the app. Gluise provides general wellness education and behavior support. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for a qualified health professional.
Its complete product-specific disclosure is in the Gluise Privacy Policy. See also the Gluise Terms of Use and the company-wide Privacy Policy.
